Demand Generation Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned Demand Generation Manager to join our team and supercharge our sales pipeline with $15-25 million ARR in your crosshairs.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks Includes:
- Product Marketing Powerhouse:
- Partner closely with the product team to develop effective GTM strategies for in-house products.
- Create engaging product collateral like one-pagers, decks, and competitor factsheets.
- Be a voice for the customer within the product team, influencing future developments.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage marketing analytics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead qualification and smooth handoff, maximizing pipeline conversion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, constantly innovating and optimizing your approach.
- Outbound Marketing Prowess:
- Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns on cold accounts across multiple channels, including a mix of one-to-few and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with ideal customer profiles.
- Nurture leads through targeted email sequences using tools like Hubspot emails, Mailmodo, and Mailchimp.
You Should Have:
- 4-5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS company (Ad Tech experience will be a plus), with a proven track record of success in driving sales pipeline growth (ideally $10M+ ARR).
- Strong understanding of outbound marketing channels, including email marketing, performance marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Experience in creating compelling marketing collateral and collaborating with product, sales, and design teams.
- A master of personalization, able to craft targeted messaging that cuts through the noise.
- Full working Proficiency in CRM platforms like Hubspot and email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Mailmodo, Streak, etc.
- A word master with a strong hold on copywriting and an eye for details.
- Bonus point if, hands-on with PPC.
- Believe in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Passionate about technology and a keen understanding of the B2B buying journey.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a hunger for results.
