It wisely evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of RTB, for both advertisers and publishers. While it does not mention all the value proposition advantages and disadvantages (e.g. an advertiser in RTB can bid on a specific site, like Economist.com, as opposed to AdSense or SEM), it is a thoughtful article, and one of the best general overviews online today.
