I use it on a very high traffic site and it has a 50% fill rate, only pays 55% of the so-called high CPMs to the publisher, AND I even have it capped at 1/24 US/AU/CA only (at their suggestion to fix the 25% fill rate I was seeing without capping!). The traffic I send couldn’t be more premium yet it dumps half the impressions onto the passbacks.
