I believe though an important one is missing here: AdGlare. See https://www.adglare.com/ad-server

Hi,

Yes you can add Ad network by using API. You can integrate Smaato,Mopub and Spot Exchange. I will suggest you to use Open RTB version.

For better understanding, Kindly check http://www.djaxadserver.com.

Hi Tommy,

You can configure ad servers to sell your unsold inventory via ad networks.

Hope it helps!

I was wondering if I could ask a question?
When a website/publisher has their own ad server can an ad network still purchase inventory and run their clients ads through the publishers ad server?
Thanks
Tommy

Hi Ankit,
Thanks a lot. This will help a lot. I will dig more into DFP to see how it suits our requirement.

Hi Kiran,

Yes, DFP is suitable for displaying ads on your web app. Normally you’ll take the creatives from the client or create them and then upload them on DFP.

Since DFP is for publishers, it is not possible for your client (ad advertiser) to have a DFP account. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for informative article. We are working on web/mobile application that will have multiple business pages and when users visit these pages/screens ads related to that business will be displayed. Could you please tell me if DFP is suitable for this? That means we will have account with DFP and we will post ads received from businesses into out DFP account to serve to our apps. Other query is what if some businesses have their own DFP account with their ads setup themselves? Do they still need to provide ad creatives to us? I wonder how other apps do this.
Thanks
Kiran.
